Job Opening - Associate Formulation Scientist

Work Performed:

Duties include but are not limited to:

bullet

Will develop semi-solid and solution dosage forms under supervision.

bullet

Will assist in scale-up and validation techniques under cGMP regulations.

bullet

Will conduct short-term accelerated aging studies on prototypes and finalize formula.

bullet

Will perform analytical work such as generating dissolution profiles and diffusion studies.

bullet

Maintain pertinent documents to support NDA/ANDA filings.

Qualifications:

Position requires competency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Must have basic knowledge of chemicals and laboratory environment.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutics.

Experience:

bullet

Minimum of three years of experience in formulation development of pharmaceutical drug products is required with a Master's degree.

bullet

Minimum of five years of related experience is required with a Bachelor's degree.

bullet

Experience in pre-formulation and development of semi-solid dosage forms is desirable.
