| As a pharmaceutical company, how is G &
W regulated by the Food and Drug Administration?
G & W Laboratories, Inc. is a registered drug
establishment under the authority of the FDA. We, like all
pharmaceutical companies, are subject to a broad body of rules
called cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices) issued by
the FDA to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the drug
products we develop and produce. FDA conducts periodic
inspections, and we are proud that our company has completed
successful inspections.

| Are generic pharmaceuticals just as safe and
effective as brand name medicines?
Absolutely. We maintain the same high quality level of
ingredients, processing and facilities to guarantee that our
drug products meet the same safety and effectiveness profile
of brand name drugs.

| Does G & W offer an indigent patient
program for dispensing its drug products?
G & W does not currently sponsor an indigent patient
program, although we have long upheld our corporate social
responsibilities by making significant annual contributions
from profits to charitable causes. We strive to contain costs
of our drug products so they are affordable while also
ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
